Thank you for shopping with SteelSabers. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered within the Netherlands.
1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping destinations
At this time, SteelSabers ships exclusively within the Netherlands.
Orders placed with a shipping address outside the Netherlands will not be processed.
3. Shipping method & delivery time
Orders are shipped using reliable postal and parcel delivery services.
Estimated delivery time:

Netherlands: approximately 10–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, logistics partners, or unforeseen circumstances. SteelSabers cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before the order is completed.
Any applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipment confirmation & tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking information may be provided when available. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.
6. Incorrect or incomplete address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
SteelSabers is not responsible for:

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

8. Lost or damaged shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged:

Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
