Shipping Policy – SteelSabers

Thank you for shopping with SteelSabers. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Destinations

At this time, SteelSabers ships exclusively within the Netherlands.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside the Netherlands will not be processed.


3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using reliable postal and parcel delivery services.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Netherlands: approximately 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, logistics partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. SteelSabers cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Any applicable shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Customs & Import Fees
Please note that orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees once the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

Tracking information may be provided when available. Please note that tracking details can take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

SteelSabers is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


7. Delays

SteelSabers is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • External logistics partners

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control


8. Lost or Missing Shipments

If you have not received your order within 14 days after the shipping date, please contact us.

You must report a missing order within 28 days of the shipping date. After this period, we may no longer be able to initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Before we start an investigation, we expect that you have:

  • Contacted the postal or courier service directly

  • Checked whether the package was delivered to neighbors or a local pickup point

  • Actively cooperated if tracking information indicates the package was delivered

Once these options have been exhausted, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please note that this process may take time, as we do not have direct control over the carrier. We will inform you as soon as we receive updates.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

We will review your claim and determine an appropriate solution.


10. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@steelsabers.com.

If the error is confirmed, the return shipping costs will be covered by SteelSabers.
