Returns & Refund Policy


Right of Withdrawal (Netherlands)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason. After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

After a valid withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the standard outbound shipping costs. Any additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by you will not be refunded. The costs for returning the product are borne by the consumer.

Conditions for Returns

We carefully protect all products with foam and protective materials before shipment. If a customer receives a damaged item, we will need their assistance to provide:

  • Detailed photos of the damaged area
  • Overall photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer carton
  • Photos of the shipping label on the package

The product must be returned, insofar as reasonably possible, in its original condition, unused, complete, and in its original packaging. The consumer is only liable for any depreciation in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. 

For example:
If the sword blade shows more markings than the number of screw holes, this indicates use beyond a single test. Damage such as scratches on the handle caused by rings or other forms of impact or drop damage are also included.

If a pixel blade has demonstrably been used more than once, this may result in a proportional reduction of the refund amount, with a maximum deduction of €50.

If depreciation has occurred, it will be proportionally deducted from the refund amount.

Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by email via info@steelsabers.com
, stating your order number.

After registration, you will receive return instructions from us. The product must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days after withdrawal. We kindly request that you clearly state the order number on the shipping label and inside the package.

Refund

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving the returned product, or—if earlier—after you have provided proof that the product has been shipped.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are fully custom-made or manufactured specifically at the request of the consumer;

Purchases made at trade fairs or events.

Legal Warranty (Non-Conformity)

If a product does not comply with the agreement or does not have the characteristics that the consumer could reasonably expect, we ask you to report this as soon as possible by email (info@steelsabers.com), stating the order number and a clear description of the issue (possibly including photos or videos for additional clarification).

In cases of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or cannot be carried out within a reasonable period, the consumer is entitled to a price reduction or termination of the agreement.

Any shipping costs incurred under the statutory warranty will be reimbursed by us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us. Shipping costs related to an exchange are borne by the consumer.
