SteelSabers / Steelsabers V.O.F.

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Entrepreneur: Steelsabers V.O.F., operating under the name SteelSabers
Customer: any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Entrepreneur
Products: replica and inspired items, including lightsabers
Agreement: any purchase agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Customer

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between the Entrepreneur and the Customer.

SteelSabers currently only accepts and ships orders within the European Union (EU).

Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. The Offer

All Products offered are replica or inspired items and are not officially licensed.

The Entrepreneur is not affiliated with Disney, Lucasfilm, or Star Wars.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may differ from the actual product.

Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind the Entrepreneur.

4. The Agreement

The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer completes the order and payment is successfully processed.

The Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected misuse, irregularities, or if the shipping address is located outside the European Union (EU).

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed via the available payment methods, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

The Entrepreneur reserves the right to change prices; such changes do not affect already concluded Agreements.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer.

SteelSabers ships exclusively within the European Union (EU). Orders with a shipping address outside the European Union will not be processed.

The estimated delivery time within the European Union is approximately 10–20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier delays, logistics partners, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Exceeding the estimated delivery time does not entitle the Customer to compensation.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days after receipt of the Product, without providing any reason.

Returned Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

After a correct return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or assembled specifically for the Customer

• Products that have been used or damaged

9. Use & Liability

Products are intended for decorative use and light dueling only.

Products are not intended for heavy or full-force dueling.

Use of the Products is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.

The Entrepreneur is not liable for injury, damage, or consequential damage resulting from improper or unsafe use.

10. Warranty and Complaints

The Entrepreneur guarantees that Products conform to the Agreement.

Complaints must be reported by email within 7 days after discovery.

Complaints will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, and content on the website are the property of the Entrepreneur.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

12. Force Majeure

The Entrepreneur is not obliged to fulfill any obligation in the event of force majeure.

Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, supplier delays, customs delays, transport disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing Law

All Agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
